Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, tendering preferably in service or transformers. Being technical, analytical, proactive & innovative, solution & target, and teamwork-oriented.
- Being customer and market-oriented and approaching verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to network and build relationships both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure complete value chain from sales order booking to receipt of customer payment for Drives and Motors orders on time and as per costing.
- Coordinate with customers about order acknowledgment, delivery, etc. to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure Invoice and payment collection are happening on time.
- Support communication between customer and factory from sales support for correctness and clarity and ensure SOX compliance for documents.
- Manage Logistics and OTD commitments, issuing purchase orders and placing the orders, and complete correspondence for orders including follow-up on all activities to meet and exceed on-time delivery.
- SO, booking and follow-up with factories and suppliers, Bank Guarantees, and insurance.
- Logistics Support for all customers as per the delivery guidelines, meeting Internal and external Customer expectations in on-time delivery.
