JOB INTRODUCTION:

• The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day to day security operations of the site and supervising the security officers
• Evaluate, assess and analyze the performance of security personnel
• Ensure all security devices and systems are in good working condition
• Ensure compliance to applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures
• Prepare shift rotas and submit them to the Client for approval
• Supports the rollout and implementation of security processes
• Monitors the implementation and compliance of security processes taking corrective action when processes are not followed
• Supports the review and development of security-related processes and policies
• Coordination, scheduling, and maintaining records of security training
• Support in the development of training materials and delivering security training
• Preparing daily, monthly reports, and Incident notification with report and resolution
• Must have a professional approach and quick decision-making ability

Selection Criteria:

• Must hold a valid SIRA Supervisor License (mandatory)
• Require good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good computer skills
• Higher secondary education certificate with  attested from UAE embassy & from foreign affairs
• Maximum 5 years of Security work experience (Minimum 3 Years in UAE)
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
